Cameile Henry
B.A., M.A., R.E.C.E.
Cameile Henry is a Professor of Early Childhood Education at Sheridan Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning, since 2008. She was an Early Childhood Educator at a Lab School associated with George Brown College for over 10 years working with children from infancy to School-age. For 6 years Cameile also provided care to children with varied needs and abilities as a Foster Parent. She was also featured in an article by the Association of Early Childhood Educators of Ontario ‘My Educational Journey: From ECE Diploma to Master’s Degree’.
Cameile’s current community involvement is with diverse children and families specifically in southern Ontario. She provides workshops for parents and those working with children in areas of Understanding your Preschool Child, Circle of Security, and Behaviour Guidance Strategies to support children’s development.
